1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and businesses.

The display of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout. Payment can be made by credit card, debit, or other supported methods.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you provide. Delivery time is typically 3–5 business days within Canada.

5. Retention of title

Delivered goods remain our property until full payment is received.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. For defects, please contact our customer service.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For ordinary negligence we are only liable for breach of material contractual obligations.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Jurisdiction is Toronto, ON.
